Jacinta V. White CEO/Lead Facilitator/Coach
Jacinta comes with more than 20 years of experience as a facilitator and has been working as a certified trainer for close to 10 years. Her undergraduate degree is in Speech Communications (University of North Carolina at Greensboro) and she holds a Master of Public Administration degree (Georgia State University), along with a number of certificates. After spending years in leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and then as a corporate trainer with Forsyth Tech Community College, Jacinta branched off on her own and launched Deeper Dive Consulting (DDC), her second company -- following The Word Project, still in existence. Through DDC, Jacinta has worked with Duke University Medical Center, the City of Winston-Salem, the Kenan Institute for the Arts, Houston's Community Innovation Lab (EmcArts), among other companies and is called upon for leadership coaching, corporate training, and facilitation. Also a published poet, arts facilitator, and publisher & editor of Snapdragon: A Journal of Art & Healing, Jacinta makes her home in Winston-Salem, NC.
Terri McMillian Contract Trainer/Facilitator
Terri McMillan is an engaging communicator who is passionate about learning, teaching and the personal growth of others. She has taught at several colleges and has 15 years in adult education, working with at-risk youth, and students from underrepresented backgrounds in gaining educational access. She enjoys seeing students make progress and bringing opportunities that can improve economic gaps in disadvantaged homes for generations to come. Terri is a graduate of Teachers' College at Columbia University in the city of New York. She serves as an advisor to several community educational projects and is an accredited ambassador representing an NGO in the United Nations under ECOSOC, serving to educate students in Africa. She is a wife and mom of two and happily resides in Greensboro with her family.
