In addition to offering full-day meeting facilitation, we design retreats as intentional spaces to balance and enliven both mind and body. Whether you are a seasoned leadership team or a newly formed group, we create meaningful opportunities to connect and grow.
While some may consider a full-day meeting the same as a retreat, we see them as very different experiences. A meeting is about productivity and decision-making. A retreat is about slowing down, creating space, and deepening connection. Though a retreat can and often does include business, strategic thinking and goal setting. Our retreats emphasize renewal and relationship. Through thoughtful engagement, we help teams build trust and strengthen dialogue (rest assured, there are no awkward or strenuous exercises like “trust falls”). We also offer restorative justice circles for those moments when a deeper dive is needed—ensuring every voice is heard and important issues are addressed. Our goal is for participants to leave with a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and restoration. And because meaningful change rarely happens in a single day, multi-day retreats and periodic follow-ups to help sustain momentum and ensure lasting impact. The best part is you can be as involved in the planning as you would like and your time allows for. We will look to you for initial guidance and then present our plan based on our many years of experience.
