Consultation
Are you "trained out" but need results? We take the time to understand your need and provide a guide to getting results. We walk with you through transforming your work culture, all along, providing you with coaching techniques so that the change is coming from within. We also have avenues to connect you with leadership coaches and other classes depending on the needs that are identified during our time together. We want you to win. Let's have the conversation on how we can dive deeper together to ensure success for you and your organization. Retreat Facilitation
We not only deliver trainings in the "classroom," but we also facilitate retreats for teams. Whether it's to focus on communication, team dynamics, conflict, or simply get to know each other better to build synergy, we will create a one-day or two-day retreat to fit your needs. We believe retreats should be more than a "working meeting," and ensure a balance of individual reflection, group activities, and presentation of tools and learnings. At the retreat, you are invited (and needed) to bring your whole self, fully participate by listening and sharing, and trust the process. Our retreats create space for rest, reset, and refuel. Community Conversation
Need to bring different constituents and perspectives together? We will help you think through the logistics, agendas, and audience and/or serve as facilitator to have the deeper conversation need. |
Leadership Training
We customize sessions and series based on your need and budget, as well as have access to DDI and HRDQ curriculum. Popular topics for training and facilitation include:

"Over the years, I have worked with many organizational development consultants, and I can honestly say that Jacinta is one of the best. Rather than giving you a cookie cutter program, she custom develops her program to fit your organization and culture. She recently led a retreat for my senior staff and it has already paid dividends in increasing our camaraderie and commitment to common goals." - Lee Garrity, Winston-Salem City Manager |
